    Solution

    P200T no response when inserted into the computer, can not be automatically installed with e-line software

    1. P200T is not inserted or not fully inserted or inserted too fast.

    Please re-insert the P200T correctly.

    2. There is a problem with the computer's USB slot.

    Please try again in another USB slot.

    3. The system turns off automatic installation.

    Please manually install the e-line software.

    A message similar to "Discover new hardware USB serial channel 1" appears while installing the software but can not be installed automatically

    1. P200T NIC installed before, reloading did not uninstall clean.

    It is recommended to uninstall with e-line software with WINDOWS optimization guru clean the residual file, and then reinstall.

    2. After e-management software installation is completed, the pop-up CD file is closed, resulting in the P200T hardware driver not being fully installed.

    Manually copy out pop-up POPULAR CD file to the local disk, and then select the directory under Device Manager to manually update the driver similar to "USB serial channel."

    3. Conflict with system software.

    Open the "Control Panel"> "Add and Remove Programs" to confirm whether the system has other types of wireless network card installed. If you have installed other types of wireless network card, then add P200T with e-line software, may cause system conflicts, resulting in not install. If you get an error, you need to uninstall all kinds of network card program, and then choose one of the categories to reinstall.

    4. Computer system reasons, using the XP simplified or compact operating system.

    Please try to install in the WINDOWS full version of the system.

    5. The computer is a 64-bit machine.

    Currently software does not support 64-bit machines.

    P200U network card installation process for a long time to wait

    1. A "Found New Hardware USB device" or similar message appears and the driver can not be successfully installed, causing a hardware installation to be interrupted.

    The computer itself "USB device" driver can not be properly installed, this step, please click "Cancel" to continue to install P200T on the card driver.

    2. After the prompt of "Found new hardware USB serial channel 1", click "Cancel", then the hardware installation will be interrupted.

    Please manually install the driver in "Device Manager".

    A "Please insert modem" prompt

    1The card is not plugged in so that the card is not activated.

    Please turn off the software and plug the card again to try again.

    2. On the card driver is not installed successfully or the driver is not working properly.

    Please check the Windows operating system, "Device Manager", re-plug the card or reinstall the card driver, if necessary, restart the computer.

    Internet connection failed

    1. No network signal.

    Determine whether in the service area, there is no network signal.

    2. Unopened service.

    Please confirm whether you have opened wireless Internet service, how to open, please consult your local network operator.

    Slow network

    1. TD network signal without CMCC.

    Please make sure to connect to CMCC's TD network.

    2. The TD network signal is weak.

    If you are connected to the TD network, make sure the network signal strength is weak.

    When you receive a text message, the prompt window does not appear

    Not set "SMS arrival notification."

    Choose Menu> Tools> Options> Sms, and select the check box before "Visual Prompt" in the "SMS arrival prompt" area.

    Can not send and receive MMS normally

    MMS set wrong.

    Go to Menu "Tools> Options> MMS" and set the following details:

    WAP gateway settings: 10.0.0.172

    Port: 80
